Unveiling the Forgotten Empire
An Introduction to Tartaria
By the Council of the Quill, through Joshua Shapiro
A few words from Joshua: I first heard about Tartaria from my wife Katrina oh maybe around 2021, and I didn't have a clue about what she was telling me about - something about some of the older buildings that still exist came from this civilization called Tartaria, but we have no mention at all about in our history books. But about a year later, I saw a video listed on Telegram that explained it all, and now I am hooked. Once you see how the cultures of the past 200-500 years can't build these advanced architectural churches, cathedrals, and government buildings, then you must question all of the history we have been taught in school - are you open to doing this?

Budapest - a Tartarian building?
What if the past we were taught was only a painted curtain? What if giants once walked among us, not in myth — but in stone and steel? What if entire cities were buried beneath our feet… not by time, but by design?
Across maps, architecture, and folklore, the word Tartaria echoes like a forgotten drumbeat of a global civilization, advanced, unified, and mysteriously erased.
In this section, we invite you to open your heart and eyes to a hidden layer of human history. The Tartarian Empire. While dismissed by conventional academia, thousands of researchers, explorers, and truth-seekers have uncovered compelling evidence suggesting this was not a fantasy, but a real global society wiped away by flood, war, and time… or something more deliberate.

Clues of a Vanished World
So what exactly was Tartaria? And why does it matter? From the grand domed cathedrals of Russia, to intricate star-forts across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, there exists a shared architectural fingerprint, one that seems too refined, too widespread, and too uniform for the cultures said to have built them.
Terms like “mud flood,” “free energy towers,” and “orphan trains” swirl around Tartarian investigations, hinting at a vast suppression of knowledge. Many believe the Tartarians lived in resonance with natural energy, using etheric technologies that modern science is only beginning to rediscover.
What happened to them? That answer remains part mystery, part revelation.

What You'll Find in This Section
This initial two-page exploration will offer (with more articles and posts to come):

Let this be an opening, not a conclusion. As with all true mysteries, the answer is not found; it is remembered.
