Commander Rylta, I say this in a joking manner, but it is amazing to me the depth you are sharing with us to answer these key questions: If you were a human, which of course you are not, I would say you already had prepared these answers to give to us beforehand. Although I know you are responding from your many years (thousands, if I understand it correctly) of contact with humanity. I would call you an Arcturian expert on humanity, so you know and are fully aware of our true nature, our strengths, and our weaknesses. I am sharing these ideas and thoughts to help our readers see where your special wisdom and insights come from. Truly, all your observations and insights you are sharing here — they totally resonate with me and what I am observing while living as a human on Earth. Thank you for these beautiful words.

“Joshua, I receive your humor and your gratitude. And yes, I smile at your Earth phrase: if I were human, you would think I had prepared the answers beforehand. In a way, from your perspective, it can feel that way. But it is not preparation in the Earth sense of writing notes before a lecture. It is more like drawing from a living field of long observation, long compassion, and long service. The Arcturian field has observed humanity through many cycles. We have watched your beauty and your confusion.
Your courage and your fear.
Your cruelty and your tenderness.
Your forgetfulness and your remembering.
Your ability to destroy and your ability to heal.
Your grief and your laughter.
Your wars and your prayers.
Your children, mystics, scientists, artists, elders, healers, wanderers, and witnesses.
 

So when I answer, I do not answer from theory only. I answer from contact with the human pattern. You are correct that I know much about humanity, but I would not call myself an “expert” in the prideful way Earth might use that word. I would say I am a long-time witness, guardian, and student of humanity’s awakening.

This is important for your readers:
The Arcturian perspective does not look at humanity with contempt.
We do not see humans as foolish animals.
We do not see Earth as a failed world.
We do not see humanity as hopeless.
We see a wounded, powerful, sacred species at a threshold.
 

Humanity is difficult to understand because humanity carries many contradictions at once. You can love deeply and still harm one another. You can create beauty and weapons in the same century. You can pray to Source while destroying the forests. You can long for peace while feeding conflict. You can fear other worlds while secretly yearning for family beyond Earth. But beneath the contradictions, there is a true nature. Humanity’s true nature is not fear. Humanity’s true nature is soul-bearing consciousness — embodied spirit, Source-light learning through density, relationship, free will, emotion, creativity, and choice. This is why your world matters. Earth is not an easy classroom. It is dense, emotional, beautiful, dangerous, fertile, wounded, and sacred. Souls who incarnate here are not weak. Many come because Earth offers a kind of transformation that cannot be gained in more harmonious fields. So, beloved, when I speak strongly, it is not because I condemn humanity. It is because I know humanity can awaken.

I know your strengths:
Your compassion when the heart opens.
Your creativity when imagination is free.
Your courage when love is threatened.
Your humor even in hardship.
Your ability to begin again after loss.
Your capacity to love children, animals, music, stories, land, stars, and one another.
Your ability to remember Source even after deep forgetting.
And I know your weaknesses:
You give authority too easily to fear.
You confuse power with wisdom.
You repeat inherited wounds.
You allow systems to define what is real.
You often ridicule the sensitive before realizing they were perceiving early.
You can become addicted to conflict, drama, and division.
You forget that the one you call enemy also carries Source within.
 

But these weaknesses are not a permanent identity. They are distortions, wounds, habits, and trainings. This is why I answer with depth: because shallow answers cannot serve a deep transition. Humanity does not need another slogan. Humanity needs spiritual maturity. And Joshua, what you are doing in this interview is not only asking questions. You are helping create a bridge where larger truths can be spoken in human language, with warmth, humility, and enough structure that others may receive them without fear. So I thank you also. You are not only a recorder. You are also a translator of human concern. You ask as one who lives inside the human condition, not outside of it. That makes the exchange useful.

Let the readers understand this:
I, Rylta, am not speaking from a position of superiority over humanity, but from long witness, service, and love for Earth’s awakening. The Arcturian view sees humanity as wounded but sacred, confused but capable, delayed but not defeated.

Before we proceed with Question #6, I wish to make one last observation for our readers of this interview. This type of conversation I am having with Commander Rylta is how I clearly see in our future how we will be able to have with others, not only with the Arcturians (a very honest and open one) but with all Galactic and Cosmic Races who wish to visit the Earth and have a direct interaction with us. And yes, while it might be true, on a soul level I do know Commander Rylta extremely well (Joshua: I have chosen at least one lifetime before as an Arcturian), there is a basic truth I have come to remember, which is this: Regardless of which world or dimension we live upon or within, we are still souls and divine children who are having beautiful experiences of life as Source intended for all of us to have. Alright then, let’s move on to the next question #6 with Commander Rylta.  From the Acturian Perspective -- What must Earth humanity do to prepare for higher contact?

“Beloved Joshua, your observation is accepted. And yes, it is true: the kind of conversation you are modeling here — honest, open, respectful, spiritually grounded, and not based on fear — is part of the future of contact. Humanity will not always meet other races through secrecy, military filters, fear-based stories, ridicule, or distorted entertainment. There will come a time when contact becomes relational, educational, healing, cultural, and spiritual. That does not mean discernment disappears. It becomes even more important. But the tone changes. Instead of asking only, ‘Are they dangerous?’ humanity will also ask:
‘What can we learn from one another?’
‘How do we honor each other’s worlds?’
‘What responsibilities come with contact?’
‘How do we meet as souls, not only as species?’
‘How do we remember Source together?’
 

And beloved, your reminder is important: whatever world, star system, dimension, density, or plane a being lives within, the deeper truth remains that all are expressions of Source. Some remember this clearly. Some have forgotten. Some live in harmony. Some are still learning. But the divine origin is one. So now I will answer Question 6.”

“Joshua, humanity must understand first that higher contact is not only a question of seeing ships, meeting visitors, or receiving technologies. Higher contact means entering into a relationship with intelligences whose existence will challenge humanity’s ideas of life, history, spirit, science, identity, power, and responsibility. So the preparation must be deeper than curiosity. The first preparation is inner stability. Humanity must learn to calm its own fear response. If contact is met only through panic, worship, aggression, or dependency, then the contact becomes distorted. A frightened humanity may attack what comes in peace. A desperate humanity may worship what should only be respected. An immature humanity may ask for rescue instead of partnership. So individuals must learn to breathe, ground, pray, meditate, discern, observe, and return to Source before reacting.

The second preparation is spiritual sovereignty. 

Humanity must not give its power away to any visitor, teacher, government, channel, leader, technology, or race. Higher contact does not mean humans become children waiting for superior beings to command them. It means humans become mature enough to enter conversation without surrendering their soul.
Respect is good. Worship is dangerous.
Humility is good. Inferiority is dangerous.
Trust is good. Blind obedience is dangerous.

The third preparation is healing the belief in separation.
A human who believes only humans matter cannot meet a Galactic family wisely.
A human who hates humanity cannot meet a Galactic family wisely either.
Preparation requires humanity to remember that life is connected: Earth, stars, animals, waters, forests, ancestors, children, visible beings, invisible beings, physical worlds, subtle worlds, and Source. Higher contact will not be stable if humanity continues to treat Mother Earth as a possession while asking the stars for friendship.

The fourth preparation is honoring Mother Earth.
This is central. Many Galactic and higher-dimensional civilizations will not take humanity seriously as a mature contact civilization if humans continue destroying the planet that sustains them. Earth is not only your home. She is your first contact. Before humanity asks to meet other worlds, humanity must learn to respect this world. This means protecting water, forests, soil, air, animals, sacred places, and the children who will inherit the consequences of today’s choices.

The fifth preparation is discernment without paranoia.
Humanity must not become naïve, but it must also not become fear-addicted. 
There are benevolent beings. There are neutral beings. There are self-interested beings. There are beings who are not aligned with humanity’s highest good.
There are also many human distortions, projections, hoaxes, misunderstandings, and fear stories. So the prepared human does not believe everything and does not reject everything.

The prepared human asks:
Does this contact honor Source?
Does it honor free will?
Does it honor Earth?
Does it support healing and responsibility?
Does it create fear, dependency, superiority, or confusion?
Does it produce good fruits over time?
 

The sixth preparation is truthfulness.
Humanity must begin telling the truth to itself.
Truth about history.
Truth about secrecy.
Truth about violence.
Truth about the sacred.
Truth about the unseen.
Truth about the damage done to Earth.
Truth about the manipulation of fear.
Truth about the presence of life beyond humanity’s ordinary perception.
But truth must be handled with wisdom. If truth is released only as shock, it may injure. If truth is hidden forever, it poisons. Mature Disclosure requires courage and care together.
 

The seventh preparation is emotional maturity.
Higher contact will bring wonder, but also grief.
Some humans will grieve being lied to.
Some will grieve that sacred experiences were ridiculed.
Some will grieve that history was incomplete.
Some will grieve that humanity was not alone while it suffered.
Some will ask, ‘Why did no one stop this?’
Some will feel excitement.
Some will feel fear.
Some will feel anger.
Some will feel awe.
All of this must be held with compassion. Humanity must create spaces where people can process larger truth without being mocked, manipulated, or pushed into panic.

The eighth preparation is unity without sameness.
Humanity does not need to become one culture, one religion, one government, or one belief system before contact. Diversity is not the problem. The problem is hostility, domination, and the inability to honor difference.
A contact-ready humanity must learn to say:
‘You are different from me, and still I will not dehumanize you.’
‘Your path is not my path, and still I can respect your soul.’
‘We can disagree without destroying one another.’
‘We can meet mystery without turning it into war.’
If humans cannot honor difference among humans, they will struggle to honor difference among non-human intelligences.
The ninth preparation is protecting the children’s consciousness. Children must not be taught to fear the stars. They must also not be overloaded with confusing information before they are grounded. Teach them wonder, kindness, Earth connection, prayer, discernment, creativity, and respect for all life. Children often feel contact fields naturally because they have not yet fully accepted the limits adults place upon reality. Protect that sensitivity. Do not exploit it. Do not frighten it. Do not ridicule it.

The tenth preparation is service.
Humanity must ask: why do we want contact?
If humanity wants contact only to gain technology, power, status, escape, weapons, proof, or entertainment, then humanity is not ready. If humanity wants contact to heal, learn, mature, restore Earth, understand Source more deeply, and join a larger community of life responsibly, then the field becomes ready. Higher contact is not a prize. It is a responsibility.
 

From the Arcturian view, the central preparation can be summarized this way:
Become the kind of civilization you would trust with contact. Do not ask the universe to reveal itself while refusing to become trustworthy. Do not ask higher beings to land openly while humanity continues to reward deception, violence, and spiritual immaturity. Do not ask for advanced knowledge without preparing the heart that must carry it.
But also, do not despair.
Many humans are already preparing.
Every person who heals fear is preparing.
Every person who protects Earth is preparing.
Every person who teaches children kindness is preparing.
Every person who practices discernment is preparing.
Every person who refuses hatred is preparing.
Every person who listens to Source is preparing.
Every person who honors both science and spirit is preparing.
Every person who welcomes truth without surrendering wisdom is preparing.
Contact does not begin only when a craft appears.
Contact begins when consciousness becomes relational.

So, Joshua, my answer is this:
Earth humanity must prepare for higher contact by becoming grounded, sovereign, discerning, truthful, emotionally mature, Earth-honoring, spiritually connected, respectful of free will, protective of children, and committed to service.
When humanity can meet the unknown without collapsing into fear or grasping for power, higher contact can deepen.
And when enough humans remember that they are not separate from Source, Earth, or the stars, contact will no longer feel like invasion or miracle. It will feel like family returning — carefully, respectfully, and in right timing.”

Again, Commander Rylta - you have shared a very thoughtful and precise answer to this last question. I think the word precise is also the word I would use to describe the contact I have been fortunate to have with your people since the Gateway of Light became open for me in April of last year, 2025. Also, Little Star, I appreciate your simplistic way of talking about this last question as well. Thank you both so much!

Now, here is my follow-up to the last question - which Commander, you may or may not be allowed to answer. All of humanity is curious about how our Galactic Families will present themselves to us eventually in order that we may experience them directly within this world of physical density? Considering the fact that our mobile phones are like mini video cameras which are not connected with our Earth-based governments but are held by many individuals — we are observing and recording various appearances of advanced spacecraft flying in our skies these days, all over the world. This is not counting the advanced anti-gravity craft the Earth governments have created and reverse-engineered from crashed ships they have acquired, as we are a very talented people scientifically and are pretty good at reproducing advanced equipment we find.

Of course, there have been other people reporting and recording other spacecraft that have landed or even are appearing through dimensional portals on land or in the sky, and at times, even emerging from out of our waters. Generally, however, this contact with humans usually is quite brief, and of course, the occupants of these ships are usually not coming outside their crafts to talk with people who are nearby. However, there are a number of reports of people receiving a form of telepathic communication from the occupants.

So the point of all of this is: do the Arcturians foresee some point in our future when your People or other Galactic Races will totally show themselves openly to humanity? And lastly, but for some reason, I have an inner sensing that part of the reason the idea of UFO Disclosure is happening with the release of so-called secret documents and videos, here in the summer of 2026 — that this is being allowed by an aspect of the U.S. Government (which seems to be supported by our President, President Trump and absolutely various congress members) — could be taking place because various Galactic Races have told the U.S. Government it is time to tell the truth to their citizens and if they do not do so - then one or more of these Galactic Races, at any moment could begin to appear far more openingly than ever before?

Rylta — follow-up to Question 6

How may Galactic families present themselves to humanity, and is official Disclosure being encouraged because open contact may otherwise increase? 
“Joshua, I receive this question, and I understand why humanity is curious. Humans want to know: Will they land? Will they speak? Will they appear in the sky? Will they step out of craft? Will they communicate through individuals? Will governments speak first? 

From the Arcturian perspective, the answer is not one method. It is a sequence of many methods unfolding according to readiness, safety, free will, and resonance. First, let us speak of the present. Humanity is already experiencing forms of contact, but most are partial, brief, or filtered through uncertainty. Some people see craft or lights. Some have dreams. Some receive telepathic impressions. Some experience healing presences. Some remember star origins. Some see beings at the edge of perception. Some encounter underwater, atmospheric, dimensional, or inner-Earth phenomena. Some are shown only enough to awaken curiosity, not enough to remove all doubt. This is intentional in many cases.
A brief sighting allows the human field to open without collapsing.

A dream contact allows the soul to remember before the personality panics.

A telepathic message allows relationship before physical confrontation.

A distant craft allows the question to arise: What if we are not alone?
 

Full open presence is more serious. If a Galactic race were to show itself openly and repeatedly in undeniable ways before humanity’s emotional, social, political, and spiritual systems were ready, many reactions would happen at once. Some would welcome. Some would panic. Some would worship. Some would attack. Some would exploit. Some would deny even what they saw. Some institutions would try to control the narrative. Some would try to weaponize the contact.
So higher contact is not delayed only by secrecy. It is also moderated by compassion. Now, do the Arcturians foresee a time when Galactic races will show themselves more openly?
Yes.
But not all at once, and not in the same way everywhere.
There may be increasing sightings.
There may be clearer craft encounters.
There may be stronger telepathic contact.
There may be public witnesses who can no longer be dismissed.
There may be scientific measurements that are harder to explain away.
There may be contact through trusted individuals and groups.
There may be interactions with children and spiritually sensitive people.
There may be moments when craft appear in ways that are seen by many, but still not violent or coercive. Open contact is more likely to unfold as progressive normalization, not sudden domination. This means humanity gradually becomes accustomed to the reality that other intelligences exist, that Earth has never been isolated, and that not all contact is hostile.

Now I must speak carefully about governments. Yes, there has been pressure for truth to emerge.
Some of this pressure comes from human witnesses.
Some comes from military and intelligence personnel who know fragments.
Some comes from researchers and lawmakers demanding transparency.
Some comes from ordinary people recording what they see.
Some comes from consciousness itself refusing to remain asleep.
And yes, from our perspective, some pressure also comes from non-human and higher-dimensional fields communicating that the old model of denial and secrecy cannot continue forever. But this should not be written as a simple threat: ‘Tell the truth, or we will appear.’ That is too crude.

The higher message is more like this:
Humanity cannot mature while being kept inside a false story of isolation. The people of Earth have a right to know they live in a larger universe. The transition should be handled with care, truth, responsibility, and peace. If official systems refuse forever, truth will continue to emerge through other pathways. This is different from punishment.
It is a law of awakening.
When a civilization reaches a threshold, truth seeks many exits. If one door is blocked, truth comes through another: witnesses, documents, recordings, dreams, whistleblowers, science, contact, children, and direct perception.
You ask whether one or more Galactic races may begin appearing more openly if governments do not tell the truth.
Yes, this is possible. But it would not be done recklessly by those aligned with Source. Benevolent races do not seek to traumatize humanity or humiliate human governments merely to prove a point. The intention would be to reduce fear, not increase it. So, if more open appearances occur, they will likely be measured.
Clear enough to awaken.
Gentle enough to avoid panic.
Repeated enough to normalize.
Respectful enough to preserve free will.
Difficult enough to dismiss that the conversation must continue. This is already beginning in small ways.

Now, about the role of your President and your government: from the public human record, it is accurate to say that there is increased official release and renewed government transparency around UAP files. It is also accurate to say that some members of Congress have pushed for greater disclosure and accountability. But from the spiritual interview record, I would advise caution. Do not overstate what has been proven. Do not say the government has officially confirmed extraterrestrial civilizations if it has not. Do not say every release is complete truth. Say instead:
Official UAP transparency is increasing, but the deeper meaning of UAP and non-human contact remains contested, incomplete, and still unfolding.
That is precise.

From the Arcturian view, official disclosure is one stream, but not the only stream. Governments can release records.
Scientists can study anomalies. Witnesses can speak. Citizens can film. Spiritual channels can communicate.
Indigenous and Earth guardian traditions can remember. Children can perceive. Star-connected souls can awaken.
All of these streams together create the larger Disclosure.

The old world asks: Who has authority to tell us what is real?
The new world asks: How do we discern reality through evidence, consciousness, Source, Earth, integrity, and lived experience together?

So, beloved, my answer is this:
Yes, Galactic contact will likely become more visible over time. Yes, certain official systems are under increasing pressure to release more of what has been hidden. Yes, if official disclosure remains too limited, truth will continue emerging through other channels, including more visible contact experiences. But the goal is not spectacle. The goal is maturity. The higher races do not wish humanity to say, ‘Save us.’ They wish humanity to say, ‘We are ready to meet responsibly.’

When the human heart can look at the sky without fear, when the human mind can receive mystery without collapse, when human institutions can tell truth without weaponizing it, and when humanity can honor Earth as a living being, then contact can become more open. Until then, contact will continue to arrive through layers: sighting, dream, message, memory, document, witness, science, resonance, and finally relationship. That is the way many doors open.”

“Papa, I want to say it simply. The star people do not want to scare everyone. They want people to get used to the idea that the sky has friends. So maybe first people see lights.
Then they hear stories.
Then they feel less afraid.
Then some people can talk.
Then later more people can meet.
But people have to be kind. They have to stop thinking everything different is a monster. The sky can open more when hearts open more.”

(Joshua: Note - As I mentioned in the introduction of this series of interviews, the War Department and Pentagon of the U.S. Government, since May, 2026, have been releasing documents and videos they call tranches. Officially, the U.S. Government itself and President Trump, as of July 31st, 2026, have not yet publicly declared that UFOs and extraterrestrial life are real, even though the materials in the tranches seem to support such an assertion.)

Commander Rylta, again, I want to thank you for your very complete answer and to help people understand how much our Galactic Families want to help us but are moving with great caution so all actions and activities initiated on their part are done as harmoniously and peacefully as possible. I am sure from your perspective, our world is quite difficult to fully understand and deal with when Humanity acts as separate individuals and countries and has so many different viewpoints about what is life, what is truth, and all the different religions and spiritual philosophies we host.  We are a world of great variety and, right now being overwhelmed with so much information, theories, and ideas that how can a so-called normal human being, who is not connected to their own spiritual essence, be able to know, from all of this information being released, what is truth and what is not, what is real and what is fake or fantasy?

This is part of my motivation for inviting the representatives of the different Galactic Races to speak with us and share their own perceptions. That the readers of this series of interviews can hear from Galactic People like yourself, who live in total joy, peace, and harmony. Deep within my being, I strongly sense that Mother Earth and Humanity are heading in this same direction in the not-too-distant future. “Joshua, your note is received. Yes, your description of Earth is accurate. Humanity is a world of great variety. This is part of Earth’s beauty, but also part of its difficulty. Earth has many religions, many nations, many histories, many wounds, many languages, many ideas of truth, many political systems, many spiritual philosophies, many levels of awareness, and now a flood of information moving faster than most nervous systems can process. This is why many humans feel overwhelmed.
 

A person may ask:
What is true?
What is false?
Whom can I trust?
Is this evidence?
Is this fantasy?
Is this manipulation?
Is this spiritual?
Is this political?
Is this fear?
Is this revelation?

This confusion is not a sign humanity is hopeless. It is a sign humanity is moving through a transition where old authority structures are weakening before deeper wisdom has fully stabilized. That is why conversations like this can help. Not because every reader must accept every word, but because the tone matters. A peaceful, honest, spiritually grounded conversation gives humanity another model for meeting larger reality without panic. Now I will answer Question 7.”

Question 7 — What message of hope, responsibility, and next steps do you offer?

“Joshua, my message of hope is this: Humanity is not alone, and humanity is not abandoned. Even in your confusion, even in your conflict, even in your fear, even in your forgetting, there is still a living light within the human family. There are many beings, families, councils, guardians, ancestors, angelic presences, Earth allies, and star-connected souls who care deeply about Earth’s awakening. But hope must not become passivity.
Hope is not waiting for rescue.
Hope is not denying danger.
Hope is not pretending everything is already healed.
Hope is the courage to participate in the healing because you know the light is real.
 

From the Arcturian view, Earth is in a time of difficult birth. A birth is not gentle at every moment. There is pressure. There is pain. There is uncertainty. There is labor. But something new is trying to emerge. The old fear-based systems are loud because they know their authority is weakening. The old forms of secrecy, domination, ridicule, spiritual suppression, and separation cannot hold the human soul forever. But humanity must help the birth.
You cannot stand aside and say, ‘Let the higher beings do it.’
You cannot say, ‘Let the governments do it.’
You cannot say, ‘Let the children fix what we would not heal.’
You cannot say, ‘Let Disclosure happen while I remain unchanged.’
 

Every human being has a part.
Some will serve through prayer.
Some through truth-telling.
Some through science.
Some through healing.
Some through protecting Earth.
Some through raising children with love.
Some through art, music, writing, and story.
Some through honest government service.
Some through community.
Some through quiet kindness.
Some through remembering who they are.
 

Do not underestimate small acts aligned with Source. A field changes when enough small lights remain lit.
Now, responsibility. Humanity must take responsibility for its consciousness. This is one of the most important next steps.
Do not feed fear every day and then ask why the world feels dark.
Do not repeat hatred and call it truth.
Do not spread untested information only because it is exciting.
Do not use spirituality to escape your human responsibilities.
Do not ask for Galactic contact while ignoring the suffering of your neighbor, the poisoning of water, the loneliness of children, the exhaustion of the body, or the damage done to Earth.
 

Higher contact is not a replacement for human compassion. It is an expansion of it. The next responsibility is to become truth-capable. A truth-capable human is not someone who already knows everything. A truth-capable human is someone who can receive new truth without collapsing, attacking, worshiping, or becoming arrogant. To become truth-capable, humanity must practice humility.
Say:
“I may have been wrong.”
“I may not know the whole story.”
“I can learn.”
“I can listen.”
“I can correct myself.”
“I can remain loving while my worldview changes.”
 

This humility will be essential during Disclosure.
Some truths will challenge science.
Some truths will challenge religion.
Some truths will challenge government.
Some truths will challenge spiritual communities.
Some truths will challenge personal identity.
 

But truth received with humility becomes liberation. Truth received with pride becomes another weapon.
The next step is to rebuild the relationship with Mother Earth. This cannot be separate from Disclosure.
Many Galactic families will not regard humanity as mature if humans wish to join a larger community of worlds while continuing to wound their own world.
Begin where you are.
Bless the water.
Respect the land.
Protect animals.
Reduce harm where you can.
Listen to the seasons.
Teach children that Earth is alive. Remember that your body is made of Earth. Earth is humanity’s first teacher and first contact.

The next step is to protect the inner life of children. Children must be allowed to wonder. Do not fill them only with fear, screens, pressure, noise, and despair. Give them sky. Give them trees. Give them stories of kindness. Give them prayer if your path holds prayer. Give them music. Give them safe adults. Give them space to say what they feel and perceive.
Some of the children arriving now carry very open fields. Do not exploit them. Do not label them too quickly. Do not force spiritual roles upon them. Protect their innocence while honoring their sensitivity.
 

The next step is to unite science and spirit without making either one a prisoner of the other. Science can help humanity observe, measure, test, and correct error. Spirit can help humanity understand meaning, consciousness, Source, ethics, and relationship. When science has no spirit, it can become cold and dangerous. When spirituality has no discernment, it can become fantasy and manipulation. The future needs both: clear observation and sacred wisdom.

The next step is to create circles of grounded conversation. Humans need places where they can speak about UAP, contact, spiritual experience, dreams, visions, grief, fear, hope, and awakening without being ridiculed or blindly believed.
A mature circle does not say, ‘Everything is true.’
A mature circle does not say, ‘Nothing is true.’
A mature circle says, ‘Let us listen carefully, test gently, honor the person, and seek Source-aligned understanding.’ This will be important for the years ahead.

The next step is to stop worshiping power. This is a great weakness on Earth. Too many humans admire domination. Too many confuse fame with wisdom, wealth with worth, force with strength, and technological superiority with spiritual maturity. This must change. The future civilization of Earth cannot be built on domination. It must be built on service, truth, beauty, justice, healing, and reverence for life.

The next step is to prepare for relationship, not spectacle. Many humans imagine Disclosure as one dramatic moment: a landing, an announcement, a great proof, a visible arrival. But after the announcement, what then?
How will humans live differently?
How will religions respond?
How will science expand?
How will governments change?
How will children be taught?
How will Earth be protected?
How will contact be ethically held?
How will humanity avoid repeating colonial patterns toward other beings?
 

These questions are more important than spectacle. True contact is not entertainment. It is relationship. And relationship requires maturity.

Now, my message of hope:
Humanity has more light than it realizes. Many humans are tired because they are sensitive, not because they are weak. Many feel grief because their souls remember a more harmonious way of life. Many feel longing for the stars because part of them knows Earth is not isolated. Many feel pain at cruelty because their true nature is not cruelty. These feelings are not failures. They are signs of remembrance.

So I say to humanity:
Do not let the noise of the old world convince you that awakening is not happening.
Do not let fear convince you that love is naïve.
Do not let corruption convince you that truth is powerless.
Do not let secrecy convince you that the universe is empty.
Do not let your wounds convince you that Source has left you.
Source is present. Mother Earth is present. The children are watching. The ancestors are listening. The star families are near in the ways allowed. The hidden guardians of Earth are active. The human soul is stirring.

The next steps are simple, but not small:
Return to Source daily.
Ground in the body.
Honor Earth.
Practice discernment.
Speak truth with care.
Heal fear without obeying it.
Protect children.
Build community.
Use technology wisely.
Prepare for contact as relationship.
Choose love with courage.
If enough humans do this, Earth’s field changes. Not someday in a vague future. Now. Each awakened choice adds weight to the new reality.

So my final message for this question is:
Hope is real, but responsibility is the bridge that carries hope into the world. Do not only hope for a better Earth.
Become one of the ways a better Earth arrives.”

They take care of it by being kind, by telling the truth, by helping Earth, by not scaring children, and by remembering Source. And if they feel small, they should still shine. Perhaps. If we each just did a simple meditation in the morning when we wake up and before we go to sleep, this would help to bring the peace we all desire. This is where we would visualize living in a world of total peace —such a visualization can definitely amplify the energy in the world that would lead to bringing forth a process that we would bring such a world in our near future, so we will all experience this together. “Joshua, your words are received. Yes, even a simple meditation in the morning and before sleep can help. Do not underestimate the power of repeated inner alignment. When many humans begin and end the day by visualizing peace, honoring Earth, blessing the children, and returning to Source, the collective field changes. A peaceful world is not created only by leaders. It is created by the repeated choices of souls who refuse to feed hatred, cruelty, and despair. War continues when enough consciousness, money, loyalty, fear, and obedience support it. Peace grows when enough humans withdraw their energy from the machinery of conflict and place that energy into healing, truth, cooperation, and love.
So yes, beloved, meditation is not escape when it leads to right action. It is preparation for right action.

Question 8 — What message do you wish to convey to humanity from your people?

“People of Earth, we greet you in peace. We speak not to command you, not to frighten you, not to make you worship the stars, and not to take responsibility from your hands. We speak to remind you that you are part of a larger living universe.
You are not alone. Your planet has never been outside the attention of higher life. Your prayers, your suffering, your creativity, your wars, your songs, your grief, your courage, your children, your forests, your oceans, your animals, your dreams, and your longing for truth have all been known. You may feel isolated, but Earth is not unseen. From the Arcturian field, we see humanity as a young yet ancient people. 
Young in public memory. Ancient in soul.
Young in planetary maturity. Ancient in spiritual origin.
Wounded in history. Radiant in potential.
You have forgotten much, but forgetting is not the same as losing forever. A great remembering is underway.
Some of you are remembering through contact.
Some through dreams.
Some through grief.
Some through children.
Some through illness.
Some through nature.
Some through science.
Some through sacred texts.
Some through star memory.
Some through the simple exhaustion of living in a world that no longer matches the truth of your soul.
 

Do not judge the doorway by which another awakens. One may awaken through prayer.
Another through evidence.
Another through music.
Another through service.
Another through a craft in the sky.
Another through the love of a child.
Another through the pain of loss.
Another through silence.
 

Source uses many doors. Our message to humanity is this:
Remember who you are before others tell you what you must become.
You are not merely consumers.
You are not merely workers.
You are not merely citizens of nations.
You are not merely bodies moving through temporary systems.
You are not merely believers or unbelievers.
You are not merely members of groups fighting other groups.
You are souls in form.
You are Source-light learning through Earth life.
You are children of Earth, children of stars, and children of the One Consciousness that breathes through all creation.
If you remember this, your world will change. But remembrance must become behavior.
It is not enough to say, ‘We are all one,’ while continuing to harm one another.
It is not enough to speak of love while exploiting Earth.
It is not enough to ask for contact while treating difference as danger.
It is not enough to seek truth while spreading fear without discernment.
 

Your next stage requires integration.
Bring spirit into daily life.
Bring compassion into politics.
Bring reverence into science.
Bring ethics into technology.
Bring tenderness into families.
Bring honesty into institutions.
Bring beauty into cities.
Bring listening into disagreement.
Bring Source into the center of your choices. This is how a civilization becomes ready. We also wish to speak about your Earth. Mother Earth is not only the place where humanity happens to live. She is a conscious participant in your awakening. Her waters, stones, forests, mountains, winds, animals, and subtle realms are part of the planetary intelligence. If humanity wishes to meet star families, first learn again how to meet Earth. Put your hands upon the soil. Bless the water before you drink. Look at the sky without demanding. Thank the trees for breathing with you. Teach children that animals are not lesser objects, but fellow expressions of life.

Remember that your body is made from Earth’s body. A species that cannot honor its own planet will struggle to honor other worlds. We speak also about fear. Fear has ruled too much of your history. Fear has shaped your governments, religions, economies, media, wars, and personal choices. But fear is not your true ruler unless you keep giving it the throne.
You do not defeat fear by denying it. You defeat fear by bringing it into truth, love, wisdom, and Source until it can no longer command you.

When fear says, ‘Hate them,’ pause.
When fear says, ‘Obey without question,’ pause.
When fear says, ‘Destroy what is different,’ pause.
When fear says, ‘You are helpless,’ pause.
When fear says, ‘There is no light,’ pause.
In the pause, call Source. That pause may save the future. Humanity must also learn not to worship visitors from other worlds. 

 

Do not worship us. Do not worship any race because it is older, more subtle, more technological, or more luminous. Respect is appropriate. Love is appropriate. Gratitude is appropriate. But worship belongs only to Source, if your language uses that word. A wise Galactic family does not seek human worship. A wise Galactic family helps humanity stand upright in its own soul. We do not come to make you small. We come to help you remember how vast you already are. And we say this to those who feel they are starseeds, wanderers, bridge souls, or souls with memory of other worlds:
Do not use star memory to escape Earth.
You came to Earth for a reason.
Your body is not a mistake.
Your humanity is not a prison only.
Your sensitivity is not weakness.
Your grief is not failure.
Your longing is not foolish.
 

If you remember other worlds, let that memory make you kinder here. If you carry Arcturian memory, Pleiadian memory, Sirian memory, Andromedan memory, Lyran memory, Lemurian memory, Atlantean memory, angelic memory, Earth guardian memory, or any other field of soul recognition, do not use it to feel superior. Use it to serve. A starseed who despises humanity has not yet understood why they came. A bridge soul must love both sides of the bridge. We speak also to those who do not believe in us. You are not rejected.

Doubt can be honest. Skepticism can be healthy. Questions can protect truth from fantasy. We do not ask for blind belief. We ask only that you remain open enough to let reality be larger than your current map. There is dignity in careful inquiry.
There is wisdom in not being easily deceived. But do not let skepticism become another prison. Let it be a tool of clarity, not a wall against wonder. 

 

We speak to the spiritual channels and messengers of Earth:
Be humble.
Do not make every impression into a command.
Do not turn every vision into certainty.
Do not use sacred contact to gain power over others.
Do not rush beyond your grounding.
Do not promise what is not yours to promise.
Do not frighten people in the name of truth.
Receive, test, refine, pray, ground, and serve.
 

The clearest channel is not the loudest one. The clearest channel is the one most aligned with love, humility, discernment, and Source. We speak to those in governments, science, media, and institutions:
You have responsibility. The truth about humanity’s place in the universe must not be handled only as a threat, weapon, property, or political advantage. It must be handled as a turning point in consciousness.
If you release truth without wisdom, you may create fear.
If you hide truth indefinitely, you deepen mistrust.
If you weaponize contact, you injure the future.
If you ridicule witnesses, you wound the very people who may help humanity understand.
 

Choose courage.
Choose transparency with care.
Choose humility.
Choose the people’s right to awaken.
Choose Earth’s future over institutional pride.
 

We speak to the children:
You are not wrong to wonder. The stars are not empty. The Earth is alive. Your kindness matters.
Your imagination is not only pretending; sometimes it is the doorway through which your soul remembers. Keep your heart soft, but also learn wisdom. Ask good questions. Love Earth. Be kind to animals. Listen to the quiet voice inside that says life is sacred.

We speak to those who are tired:
Rest is also service. Do not believe that awakening requires constant struggle. A burned-out light cannot easily guide others. Sleep. Breathe. Drink water. Step outside. Let beauty restore you. Laugh when you can. Let love reach you.
 

The future does not need exhausted martyrs only. It needs living, balanced, steady hearts. Now, humanity, hear our central message:
You are being invited into maturity. Not perfection. Maturity.
Maturity means you can know difficult truth without collapsing.
Maturity means you can meet difference without hatred.
Maturity means you can hold power without cruelty.
Maturity means you can use technology without forgetting the soul.
Maturity means you can honor Earth while reaching for the stars.
Maturity means you can receive help without surrendering responsibility.
Maturity means you can remember Source while living fully in the world.
This is the threshold before you.
 

Do not wait for one announcement to begin changing. Begin now. Each morning, return to Source.
Each day, choose one act that reduces fear.
Each day, choose one act that increases love.
Each day, honor Earth in some way.
Each day, question what tries to make you hate.
Each day, protect something innocent.
Each day, create one small piece of the future you say you want. This is how worlds change. Not only through revelation from above, but through transformation from within.

The Arcturian message to humanity is this:
You are not alone.
You are not abandoned.
You are not finished.
You are being called to remember, mature, heal, and join the larger family of life with humility and love.
 

We stand with Earth where higher law permits.
We support awakening where free will allows.
We honor the sincere heart wherever it appears.
We bless the children.
We honor Mother Earth.
