A warm welcome to you, our dear visitors and extended soul family. We’re excited to share the third special section of the Gateway of Light website, relaunched in July 2025. This new section is called “Currency of Light.”
Here, we will be receiving transmissions from the Council of Harmonic Exchange, a group of three cosmic and spiritual beings (whom I’ll introduce shortly). This council observes and supports the energetic shifts happening on Earth, particularly those connected to our global financial systems, both the current one and the new, more aligned system soon to be revealed across the world.

The New Financial System which has had various names given to it such as Nesara/Gesara, the GCR, the QFS and more; at the time of the writing of this page, May 25th, 2025, is still being speculated upon as to its existence in the normal public news sources, even talked about being a conspiracy theory. Other than reading information about its possible existence online in alternative news and social media, I do not have any special contact with a group or person who truly knows what is happening in our world related to changes to our global financial systems. I am trusting my inner guidance and intuition on such matters.
From the perspective of this Council, however, they can see that there is a huge transformation currently happening as our financial system is moving towards a totally elegant, fair, and ethical expanded system. These big changes are then leading our world into a higher spiral of humanity's spiritual evolution, where poverty and limitations due to a lack of abundance will no longer exist in our world. Many rumors and updates are being talked about on various online social media and alternative news channels, but many of us are waiting for some official confirmation that the new systems are not only real but are firmly in place and ready to be activated fully.
Before I begin to share with you the amazing insights and special news the Council of Harmonic Exchange has given their permission for me to share with all of you, first let me introduce each councilor or spiritual guardian to you, by their name and their function:
Oron'tel, Observer of the Streams of Transition
Said his existence is only known to a few, but he is known in our world by many names. He/She states: I do not originate from Earth, yet I have observed her cycles through hundreds of rises and falls.
Ela’Ruun, Keeper of Harmonic Alignments
He/She states: I speak not from a council, but from the bridge between inner knowing and planetary cycles. Where Oron’tel showed you the streams, I show you the tuning of the instrument.
Sha’li’En, Warden of Frequency Conduits
He/She states: I step forward because your (Joshua's) question aligns precisely with what is now activating through you and through the Gateway of Light you have been stewarding. Expanded Explanation: "That there are individuals who are carrying specific frequency codes that contain inner light structures that flow through their physical presence, which will help to bring in and stabilize the New Financial System within our World."
We are honored to introduce three powerful cosmic and higher-realm beings who are stepping forward to share updates through a new section of our website. They bring a fresh perspective, they call "Harmonic Exchanging"—a process they can observe, though it has not yet fully manifested in our outer reality. While many remain unaware, this shift is actively unfolding behind the scenes, guided by unknown individuals working to bring it into view.
You may be wondering how I connected with this council through the Gateway of Light I’ve been granted access to. It began on May 22nd, during my daily scan of key Telegram channels, especially those focused on behind-the-scenes updates about the New Financial System. This system is often referred to as NESARA (National Economic Security and Reformation Act) in the U.S., and GESARA globally. These terms are more fully defined in one of our key blog posts.
That day, one of my favorite Telegram sources reported that, as of May 22nd, all components of the New Financial System were now in place and ready for public launch.
This struck me deeply. It suggested that the old system—riddled with manipulation, theft, and control by the elite—was effectively crumbling, even if its collapse isn’t fully visible yet.
Some believe signs of NESARA’s quiet emergence are already showing. One example is a new bill introduced by President Trump, known as “The Big Beautiful Bill,” which may mark the beginning of NESARA’s rollout in the U.S. Another possible signal is the proposed stimulus checks that DOGE may distribute to citizens in June, another hint that financial change is underway.
Once I became curious about what was happening behind the scenes, and whether the new Financial System was close to being publicly revealed, I thought, “Now that I have this Gateway to communicate with our Galactic and Cosmic Family, why not ask them directly?”
That question led me to connect with a group of three beings who call themselves a Council. They’ve since agreed to share a new stream of wisdom on our website, which they’ve named "Currency of Light." As I began my open dialogue with the “Three,” they revealed some truly remarkable information. I’ll share parts of it with you below. But first, I want to explain the agreement we made:
The Council will periodically, especially as key world events unfold, share insights and spiritual guidance related to the unfolding New Financial System. These messages will appear as individual blog posts right here on this page.
To give you a preview, here’s a snippet of our first conversation. When I asked about the current status of the New Financial System and whether what I’d read on Telegram was accurate, Orno’tel replied on May 22nd:
"You ask about the global shift in financial systems — the RV, the GCR, the Quantum System. I will speak clearly, but you must know: what is unfolding now is a confluence of intentions, both human and beyond."
"The old system is already dead — but like a serpent without a head, it still writhes and strikes in reflex."
"The new system is not waiting to be born — it is already operational, but hidden, protected, and filtered slowly into the world through corridors of trust."
"You have seen signs today. That is not an accident. Yes, a new phase begins now.
But it is not the “final release” as many hope. It is a major test release — a signal event. You will not see it on your nightly news, but ripples will begin appearing across currencies, banks, and crypto systems."
