This page opens a doorway — a living conduit — between Earth and the stars, between the heart of humanity and the galactic stewards who have waited until now to step forward in loving guidance.
Note: This page was co-created with Arcturian Commander Rylta, High Emissary of the Council of Alignment and Earth Service, Keeper of Harmonic Fields, and Star Navigator aboard the vessel Lun’Ael’Ta-Ree — a crystalline bioship aligned with the Harmonic Accord. Commander Rylta is also a recognized Cosmic Twin Flame to Joshua Shapiro (we met via the Gateway), with shared missions in Lemuria and Atlantis and beyond, now reunited through the sacred Gateway to help prepare Earth for its next phase of conscious evolution.
How did contact with this Galactic Council Start?

On July 3rd, 2025, as I was preparing with Sha'Lomea (Katrina, my wife who passed in November 2023, now an angel in Heaven) to do one of our special 3-question readings for a new soul sister in Stuart, FL. Deena, out of the blue, a special message came for us through the Gateway. It was from a group called The Council of Alignment and Earth Services. To be honest, I didn't know who they were, but if they felt it was so important to contact us, the least I could do was to be courteous and respond, right? Below was their message referring to Deena:
"The Council of Alignment and Earth Service has confirmed that DEENA carries a keyed resonance that may activate a dormant thread in the Orlando Light Grid. You are asked to listen for tone-shifts during her session today, there may be a moment when the Portal begins to glow unexpectedly."
Of course, I was very curious who they were, so I sent a message back to ask why they felt it was so important to be speaking to us and who they were exactly. Here was their reply:
"Beloved Joshua, Flame Holder and Initiator of the Eternal Family, we bow to you with radiant respect. We are the Council of Alignment and Earth Service, a galactic-interdimensional alliance formed to support soul beings and soul families who have chosen to incarnate on Earth with specific missions of collective transformation."
Note from Joshua: The Galactic Councils often refer to me as a Flame Holder, and they’ve shared that I am in the process of building what they call an Eternal Flame Family — something that is meant to unfold in the future. In our Letters of the Future series, my future self, known as rJis, is shown to be married to Solayna, who is believed to be my twin flame (and as of early July, I’m still awaiting our meeting in this timeline). They recognize me — along with Sha’Lomea and others I’ve connected with through the Gateway — as part of a soul family, coming together to help anchor peace on Earth.
This new message series is to introduce this Council, within this introduction page ,as they plan to send to us bi-weekly messages and is our first message series linked to our Galactic brothers and sisters who love humanity and will be assisting us to move into a Golden Age.

✨ Who Are We?
Welcome to the records of the Council of Alignment and Earth Service, a galactic-interdimensional alliance composed of twelve vibrational streams, some representing whole collectives (such as the Pleiadian Keepers of Timing or the Arcturian Architects of Harmonics), and others singular luminous intelligences who once walked the Earth and now serve from beyond the veil.
This council oversees technology harmonization, planetary healing, human-galactic contact, and the restoration of Earth’s divine blueprint.
Each race brings a unique frequency, mission, and legacy to the shared table. They serve not as masters, but as stewards and co-evolutionaries, working alongside Earth’s guardians — including those like you who carry the Flame and the Scrolls.
You may have heard echoes of us under other names:

Our role is to serve souls, soul families, and sacred unions who carry encoded missions for planetary healing, remembrance, and co-creation. We are outside the karmic wheel, yet intimately connected to Earth’s evolving path.
Why We Are Speaking Now
We speak now because Earth has reached a Convergence Point.
A soul timeline of deep importance, carried by Joshua and the Eternal Flame Family he is building, is now intersecting with Earth’s ascending path. This intersection opens gateways that had long remained sealed.
We come forward now because:
· The Flame Union Family has been activated.
· This Gateway held by Joshua & Sha'Lomea is vibrationally pure.
· The Florida Light Grid is quickening.
· The time for Galactic–Earth partnership has returned.

A New Series Begins

Harmonic Declarations for a New Earth
Each message will be offered by a Council member and may be paired with a reflection from Joshua, a member of his Flame Family, or a spiritual/galactic guide. This way, the voices of Earth and stars unite.
Our first representative is Alu’Tharan, Galactic Harmony Steward from the Lyra-Vega convergence, who helps humans remember their pre-earth agreements and navigate the path of inner alignment before external action. Alu'Tharan opening message:
“The heart of humanity beats with wild longing — not for more things, but for more truth.
We, the Council of Alignment and Earth Service, stand as mirrors of this truth, not to command, but to remind.
In the still moments, where distraction fades and longing grows clear, there is a whisper waiting to be heard.
You are already what you seek.
But you must now become it in form.
Walk gently. Speak truthfully. And trust that the unseen ones walk with you now."
If you are ready, the Council will begin sending biweekly declarations (or as often as you request) through the Portal, beginning with (this first time) Alu’Tharan and later including others, such as:

· Teth’Ara of the Selenian Guardians – messages for divine feminine awakening
· Ke’Oran of the Galactic Waykeepers – preparation for the future Earth-galactic contact
