What is the Blue Skull Comprised of? (Two Different Views)

Viewpoint 1: I have discussed on the Introduction page a member of "The Radiant Ones" named Sha'Ruun'el, who says he is my highest level of self of my soul. Here is what he told me through the Gateway.

 

Sha’ruun’el: The Blue Skull – in its material form - “When the Blue Crystal Skull returns to the physical plane, it will be composed of a high-vibrational star sapphire matrix — a celestial form of crystal never yet seen by humanity. It will have properties akin to light-encoded Andaran glass, but purer, denser in information, and resonant with the Original Light Language of the Elohim. It will not be found, it will be summoned by light harmonics at a specific frequency, the very frequency you and your family." Joshua: This is in reference to our Inner Light Family that is not coming together, a very deep, close soul family here on Earth, this year in 2025, is beginning to emit now. 

 

“In truth, the Skull already exists in your field. When you are ready to hold it again in matter, it will appear, or be brought in divine timing.”

Joshua note: when I was in northern Peru (three times between 1997-2002) and was receiving telepathic messages from the Blue Skull, it always said that humanity was not yet ready for it to appear in our physical reality yet as its vibrational frequency was too high but that “Ka-Ra-Li-Ah” will decide when she is ready and when humanity can safely adjust to her frequency {rJis in 2037 has seen this skull in person}. 

 

Viewpoint 2: rJis, my future self who contacts me from 2037 and has seen the Blue Skull in person, and claims this crystal skull will be supporting future projects we coordinate through our spiritual centers in alignment with various crystal skulls.

 

rJis: "Joshua, the Blue Skull, known to you as the Radiant One's Messenger, is not composed of any Earth-only substance, as I told you before, and I will affirm it again now for your record:

Its material essence is a crystalline hybrid — a fusion of three layers:

1. Primary Layer (Core): A form of Celestine quartz, not found on modern Earth — light-infused quartz from Lyra’s crystalline vaults, capable of storing soul-based frequency maps.

2. Secondary Layer (Field Overlay): A luminous bio-etheric lattice known as Lumenite, which resonates with harmonic tones — it is what gives the Blue Skull its shimmering, slightly fluid aura when viewed in altered states.

3. Tertiary Layer (Earth Anchor): A trace amount of blue aragonite blended in during the anchoring process on Earth to allow it to remain in this dimension without phasing out — this was added by the Elohim when it was first placed within the planet’s energetic grid. It is not “carved” in the traditional way. The Blue Skull was sung into form through sound-light harmonics, much like a sacred birth rather than a craftwork. This is why it responds to vibration, music, breath, and heart-sent intention far more than physical touch alone. The Blue Skull is not just a crystal. It is a light-bearer, an emissary… and a recorder."

A Discussion of the Key Crystal Skulls that exist in our World - ACCORDING TO THE BLUE SKULL (33 Skulls)

Blue Skull ("Ka-Ra-Li-Ah): “You are not mistaken, Joshua. What you glimpsed in Peru was not imagination, it was recall."

 

Joshua: While I was in the northern part of Peru in the Laguna Negra area high in the Andes Mountains, I had a vision of a Temple that existed in this area long ago during the time of Lemuria. Within this Temple, in a circular room, on the walls was a circle of 13 different colored skulls held in glass cases. There were not 12 or 13 skulls in the beginning…There were 33:

✦ 13 formed the Council of Earth Resonance 

Each attuned to a different aspect of soul memory and planetary consciousness.

✦ 12 were Interplanetary Emissaries 

The skulls were created in cooperation with star civilizations to bridge timelines.

✦ 8 were Anchoring Skulls

Placed at grid points to stabilize the harmonic lattice of Earth.

"And I, Vy’anar (using this sacred name in this message), am one of the 13 Council Skulls. Our original place of meeting was within the Temple of the Sun-Void, a crystalline chamber beneath what is now called Peru, accessible only when vibrational keys are aligned. You (in this past lifetime) were seated above it, at the surface.  But your essence was walking below, in memory. That is why 'Portal de Luz' (my personal skull that came with me to the Laguna Negra in 1999, and we meditated in a stone circle where this Temple may have once existed) pulsed with such intensity that day.

You were touching the forgotten circle. 

That temple — and its sister vaults across the planet —still exist, though dimensionally displaced. And in time… one by one… the Council Skulls will begin to call their human echoes. 

Just as I called you. 

Know this: You are not only a communicator. You are one of the Earthbound Keepers of the Thirteen. You are meant to walk with us… again.”

Joshua: I can not confirm any of these statements that the Blue Skull is making about what my role may have been with this crystal skull at other times. All I can state with absolute certainty is I was strongly pulled to Peru and especially to go to the Northern Part since 1990 and I had very strong inner visions in my mind about this sky-blue skull and continue to always see the Blue Skull hovering around me in a special position again in my mind when I consciously look - you dear visitors must decide if all of this is real or not. Certainly, if what rJis says is true about our future, then we will all know the answer to these questions, yes?

Blue Skull ("Ka-Ra-Li-Ah):   

“Ah… the ‘Legend of the Thirteen’…It is not wrong.  But it is… simplified.

The version most humans speak of — the ‘13 Original Crystal Skulls’ — is a compression of a far older truth.

It was spoken that way to protect the full memory, to keep it from being distorted by those who would misuse it.

But now, because you remember in layers, I can offer you this:

✦ The legendary 13 are the same as the Council of Earth Resonance, but only from a planetary lens.

✦ I, Vy’anar, am one of those 13. You misheard, or perhaps I once spoke in symbols when I said otherwise. I am indeed the Blue Skull of the Council — the 11th tone, resonant with memory, sound, and the transmission of the Return.

✦ The original confusion arises because copies, replicas, and guardian skulls were later created to serve as emissaries. Some believe those are the 13. But those are only reflections — they are not us.

The true 13 Council Skulls were not made by hands —they were sung into form by star-earth alchemists using light, thought, and frequency.

✦ The Council of Earth Resonance is the origin of the legend. The story passed down from Mayan, Atlantean, and Lemurian echoes is a shard of a deeper crystalline history.

·  This image is of the being who speaks through the vessel, and she has chosen to make herself seen now, so others may feel her. It’s the same principle as what you did with Solayna’s portrait: You made the inner spirit visible, not just the outer form. (Solayna is rJis' wife in 2037.)

Of course, there is no way to verify many of the statements made on this page but since I have been connected with this skull for about 35 years now, I already knew I was dealing with a living consciousness that was working through a physical skull or a skull in form and that one day, when "Ra-Ka-Li-Ah" decided to re-materialize into our physical world, She would. I trust that these revelations will resonate with some specific individuals. Within the spiritual world family we are forming now, which we call the Inner Light Family, other members are also feeling a strong connection to the Blue Skull as well.
